By accessing or using HumidorSense's website, dashboard, or sensor hardware (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HumidorSense provides WiFi-connected humidity and temperature sensors for cigar humidors, along with a web dashboard for monitoring readings, viewing historical data, and configuring alert notifications. There is no subscription — all features are included with the hardware purchase.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access the dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Hardware Purchase

HumidorSense sensors are sold as hardware products. All dashboard features, push notifications, and firmware updates are included at no additional cost. There are no subscription fees, cloud fees, or premium tiers. Refunds and returns are subject to our return policy provided at the time of purchase.

5. Hardware Use

HumidorSense hardware is designed for monitoring humidity and temperature in cigar humidors and similar enclosed environments. It is not a precision laboratory instrument and should not be used for applications requiring certified measurement accuracy. The sensor is not waterproof.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer the sensor hardware or proprietary firmware components
• Attempt to circumvent access controls on the dashboard
• Use the Service to infringe on others' privacy or intellectual property rights

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sensor accuracy will meet any particular standard beyond the specifications listed on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumidorSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damage to cigars, loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
